"Identify A Problem"

So, now we need to find a problem. Here in Teton Valley, a lot of people work across the pass in Jackson Hole. This is a problem, because in the winter the roads get very icy and slick, which often leads to slow driving and closed roads. We have friends who get stuck on either end, or in the middle. What can we do? Think about it.
