"Create an Innovative Solution"

Now, a solution. We came up with a Metal/Plexiglas Cover over the existing road. It would have a door for people to get in and out of at the places where they park, and would have small heaters to keep the snow from caving it in. This enables people to get safely, and efficiently across, with Plexiglas at the parts where the view is nice, and metal at the parts where it is most dangerous. What problems are there? There's a list below.

• It is expensive.
• The pass would most likely have to close while construction.

But that's pretty much it. So it's a good idea.
